Stepping Onto the Mindful Path
The idea for Mindful Path was born on the Amalfi Coast, where Dr. Sceppaguercio once asked an elderly gentleman how he managed to climb the endless stairs winding up the cliffs each day. His response was simple: “Un passo, un passo, un passo alla volta.” One step, one step, one step at a time. That wisdom became the foundation of her therapeutic work.
Starting therapy can feel like a steep climb, but no one walks it alone. At Mindful Path, every step is taken together with intention, care, and respect for the pace each client needs. Here’s what the process usually looks like:
