4. Appointments and Fees All sessions are by appointment only. Fees and availability are subject to change. Clients will be informed of current fees prior to scheduling. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. Sliding scale appointments may be available.

5. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions or late cancellations may result in a full session fee charge.

6. Confidentiality We are committed to protecting your privacy. All sessions and communications are confidential, in compliance with HIPAA and NYS guidelines, except where disclosure is required by law.

7. Limitations of Service This website is not monitored 24/7 and is not appropriate for emergencies. If you are in crisis, please call 988 or visit your nearest emergency room.
